On behalf of the Czech Iyengar Yoga Association, we warmly invite you to the Second Czech Iyengar Yoga Conference under the theme “Yoga is nothing but refining your sensitivity,” led by Gabriella Giubillaro. We look forward to meeting with you for an intensive practice with one of the world’s most experienced teachers, who was among the first to introduce Iyengar Yoga to the Czech Republic thirty years ago, greatly influencing the education of many of our association’s members.
We believe this event will be a pleasant gathering and a valuable boost to our ongoing yoga practice—after all, thirty years might just be the dīrgha kāla mentioned in the Yoga Sutras. The session is not suitable for complete beginners, but is open to all who already practice yoga, not just members of our association. We look forward to meeting you there!

Eligibility: The practice will be suitable for those who practice Iyengar yoga for at least two years.
Translation: The teaching and lectures will be in English, with translation to the Czech language.
